wide selection evening entertainment
The breakfast included a wide selection of options. Freshly cooked items were available daily. The hotel offered great evening entertainment shows. The performances kept everyone entertained during the evenings.
The lifts experienced some delays due to the number of floors.

a mixed bag of experiences
dirty pool area rude staff
I was really bummed about the cleanliness around the pool area. It got pretty bad as the day went on. there was rubbish everywhere and i barely saw anyone cleaning up the cups and plates. also, the pool bar staff seemed generally rude, and the food there was just terrible. Hygiene was questionable, too. the area where you put sauces wasn't cleaned the entire time i was there. it feels like the hotel is too big for the pool size anyway. The beds are crammed in like sardines.

The staff was helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the indoor pool was a nice feature. It maintained a comfortable temperature. i also liked that the evening entertainment provided something for everyone.
I found that the hotel room did not meet expectations. the shower was loose and moved. the floor felt unstable. It actually pinched my wife's foot. also, the walls seemed thin. I could hear toilets flushing next door.

spacious room breakfast selection well-kept pool
the rooms were spacious and clean a mini fridge was a useful addition. the restaurant offered a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast. the pool area was especially great for families with children it seemed well kept.
the air conditioning wasn't very powerful in my double room.

good size clean restaurant amazing pool
The hotel was large. I found my room a really good size. It had a mini fridge. The restaurant was clean with a very good selection of continental and cooked breakfast. OH, the pool was fab, especially if you have children!!!
